「Bob Lord 是美國網路安全和基礎設施安全局（CISA）的技術諮詢委員，協助領導與推動 Secure by Design 倡議。此前，他曾擔任美國民主黨全國委員會的資安長，負責保護委員會、各州黨部及競選活動的網路安全。他亦曾擔任 Yahoo 的資安長，負責風險管理、產品安全、安全軟體開發、網路犯罪和 APT 追蹤等領域。他還曾擔任 Rapid 7 的常駐資安長，同時前，他是 Twitter 的首位安全負責人，領導該公司的資安營運計劃。」

Daryl Pereira

Google / Head of Office of the CISO, APAC

「Daryl 負責領導在亞太地區的 Google Cloud CISO 辦公室。他的職責涵蓋網路安全、技術治理以及數位信任與監管，協助應對亞太地區及其他地區複雜且動態的網路風險局勢。Daryl 在技術和網路安全領域擁有近 30 年的經驗，並且在金融領域有豐富的從業背景。他曾單位 KPMG 的合夥人，並創建了新加坡四大會計師事務所中最大的網路安全諮詢業務，該業務由 5 位合夥人和 120 位網路專業人士組成。」

Robert (Bob) Lord

Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) / Senior Technical Advisor

Bob Lord is a Senior Technical Advisor at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) helping lead the Secure by Design initiative. Previously he was the Chief Security Officer at the Democratic National Committee where he helped secure the Committee, state parties, and campaigns. Before that he was Yahoo’s Chief Information Security Officer, covering areas such as risk management, product security, security software development, e-crimes and APT programs. He was the CISO in Residence at Rapid 7, and before that headed up Twitter’s information security program as its first security hire.

Daryl leads the ‘Office of the CISO’ for Google Cloud in the Asia-Pacific. His responsibilities cover cyber security, technology governance, and digital trust & regulations, helping clients navigate the complex and dynamic cyber risk landscape in the Asia-Pacific region and beyond.

Daryl’s career spans nearly 30 years in technology and cyber security with extensive experience in the financial sector, where he was previously the Partner-in-charge and founded the Cyber Consulting practice at KPMG, the largest Big 4 Cyber practice in Singapore consisting of 5 Partners and 120 cyber professionals.
