As the methods of attack become increasingly diversified, both government and enterprise continue to expand investment in information security. At the same time, they are paying more attention to cybersecurity education and training in order to make up for the defects in the system and the application of tools. Therefore, we continue to offer the HITCON Training courses and welcome all information security professionals from around the world to submit proposals. This provides opportunities for government agencies and private corporations' security personnel to improve their technical application and adaptability in order to counter new types of hacker attacks.
We welcome proposals covering topics including, but not limited to, Web Security, Network Security、OS Security、Reverse、Forensics、DevSecOps, App Security、Mobile Security、ICS Security、IoT Security, Hardware Security、Wireless Security、Risk management、AI Security、Web3.0 Security, and general security knowledge. Both entry-level and advanced courses are welcome! It would be our honor to have you on board and share your excellent insights and findings with our enthusiastic participants. This will provide prospective security experts with a valuable opportunity to learn through hands-on experience, benefiting from your ideas covering basic and advanced topics for each and every one of them.
HITCON Training 2024 - Call for Speaker Terms and Conditions
By submitting the HITCON Training 2024 - Call for Speaker, the trainer understands and agrees to the following terms:
When presenting the course content at HITCON Training 2024, you agree that the organizers may record, reproduce, distribute, and use the material for advertising purposes and may publish your course information, materials, and audiovisual materials during the course preparation process through websites, email, print media, and other means.
The Review Board will have access to all submitted applications and materials, and is provisioned under NDA with HITCON.
The classroom will provide a projector, a projection screen, wired or wireless internet, and a microphone for instructors to use during their lectures. Instructors must prepare other necessary equipment for teaching, such as laptops and other devices, on their own.
If you wish to submit a proposal for HITCON Training 2024, please complete the “HITCON Training 2024 - Call for Speaker” submission form by May 24th, at 23:59:59.2024(GMT+8), and provide relevant course information for the review of the selection committee. Please submit your syllabus and course description as soon as possible. If all time slots for this year are filled, HITCON reserves the right to close before the deadline.
Selected speakers for HITCON Training 2024 must have at least 10 (inclusive) participants to start the course, with a maximum of 30 participants. After accepting submission for the lecture, we will contact the speaker to explain the details of the teaching fee, and pay the speaker a fixed fee based on the duration of each lecture after its completion.
Transportation for Speakers :
Domestic speakers will be reimbursed for actual transportation expenses based on receipts.
International speakers will be reimbursed for a maximum of USD 300 for airfare. (International speakers are those who are not from Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen, or Matsu.)
Note. This benefit is not limited to invited foreign speakers.
HITCON Training 2024 Course Hours: Courses are offered in 6-hour, 12-hour, and 18-hour sessions. Speakers must determine the appropriate length of the course when submitting the proposal.
Speaker Benefits (Each course only provides benefits to one speaker.) :
HITCON Training 2024 will provide the following accommodations based on the course duration (including one night before the training):
6-hour course: 2 nights of accommodation.
12-hour course: 3 nights of accommodation.
18-hour course: 4 nights of accommodation.
One ticket to HITCON Community 2024 will be provided. The following is the conference information:
