COVID-19 的爆發，改變了人們的生活習慣，讓 Working From Home 成為一種必要選項，而我們日常生活也被進一步推向虛擬世界。隨著在家生活的時間增加，也顯現出家用智慧裝置與服務的重要性，這些裝置與服務皆有可能衍生出新的資安漏洞與隱私風險，是過往的資安概念鮮少觸及的一塊，但也帶來為全球資安生態帶來了全新氣象。而這些，將由 HITCON 2021 帶您深入剖析。

主題
- 主題：Work from home, hack into home
- COVID-19 的爆發，改變了人們生活習慣，推進了資訊應用的腳步，也加速的資安演化。Working From Home 成為一種必要的選項，而我們日常生活也被進一步推向虛擬世界，如：線上開會、外送服務平台、社交媒體等。同時，在家生活的時間增加，也帶動家用智慧裝置、服務的重要性，這些裝置、服務皆會帶來新的資安漏洞與風險，是以往資安概念無法觸及的。
- 從企業及組織的觀點，Working From Home 及雲端服務的盛行，擴大了企業複雜的防禦邊界。完全集中防禦的方式，已不適用於後疫情時代的環境。因此，許多新的防禦方式需要重新建構，以適應分散式的網路邊界。
- 再往社會層級考量，智慧裝置推動了智慧社會、society 5.0、虛實整合系統 (CPS) 等趨勢，從關鍵基礎建設、工控系統到我們每天生活中的各種智慧裝置，皆有新的發展，同時也面對新的資安問題。為支援這些發展，資安的問題是相當重要的一環。為保護自己國家的資料安全，各國都致力於加強資料與網路的控制權與在地化，以面對國際間的網路衝突。
- 子題目：Hacking the Data Traversing in Reality-virtuality Hybrid World
- 隨著COVID-19帶來許多雲端服務的盛行， 我們的生活逐漸移向真實-虛擬混合的世界。因此這些雲端服務帶來的資安威脅已成為資安舞台的中心。許多個人影像、聲音等隱私資料，隨著這些雲端服務傳遞至使用者無法控制的第三方，如同供應鏈一般，隱私資料及雲端服務的鏈接，不可控的資料流向，帶來了新的資安威脅。
- 子題目：Recovery and Collaboration - Vaccine for CyberSecurity
- 如同COVID-19給予全球重創之後，需要全球互相合作、災後復原的階段。網路世界再經歷一連串的APT攻擊、勒索軟體、供應鏈攻擊後，也需要各國互相協作，才能從這些攻擊中復原，找出資安界的疫苗，重建資安

活動介紹
- Round Table：為了提升 HITCON 探討議題的深度和高度，首度嘗試舉辦圓桌會議，活動安排於第一天中午，分成資安長、金融、智慧製造及跨國金融資安等不同桌次主題，並邀請相關主題的重要人士、領導人士共同用餐和分享，每桌安排一位桌長協助主題分享，並贈予受邀出席者禮物作為致謝。
（因場地限制取消）Bounty House：是今年首度推出的神秘議程，議程期間禁止錄音、錄影，提供講者安全的分享空間。在這個神秘議程中，可能聽到資安圈的八卦、未公開的 0-day 以及大家不曾公諸於世的秘密！- 社群 Village 和沙龍議程：今年的活動進行方式將仿造海外研討會的 Village，以個別村落的形式規劃多樣主題，讓現場會眾能手作體驗或暢所欲言，活動將邀請多方社群協辦 Workshop、Demo 或 Free Talk。HITCON Village 會有不同的社群參與，提供豐富的主題，希望透過實作題與互動帶領會眾一窺不同面向的資安技術與議題，也體驗駭客生活圈的樂趣。

- 資安人力系列活動：與求職徵才服務企業合作，於大會期間提供人才提供履歷健檢、轉職諮詢、職涯諮詢，協助學生、求職人士和資安相關企業進行媒合，提供資安產業的人才與職缺媒合。
- 駭客貓躲貓貓
- HITCON Online 虛擬會場：2021 虛擬會場再次登場，承襲去年的精神，簡化系統設計，以網頁做為介面降低使用門檻及難度，除了原有提供線上會眾與贊助商交流的平台，本次也作為實體會場的延伸，加入線上的活動和大會活動帶來不同的虛實整合遊戲體驗，期望帶給會眾不一樣的線上體驗。
- HITCON 駭客貓歷險記（Hacker Cat Adventure）：為 HITCON 2021 獨立開發的虛實整合尋寶遊戲，利用整個會場為活動場地，透過劇情、解謎與資安等要素所組成的實境解謎遊戲，藉由駭客貓的視角認識 HITCON 2021 並促進各方交流。
- 駭客貓行動與駭客喵喵（chatbot）
- ：為了讓與會民眾更方便得知今年眾多的活動資訊，大會整合過往傳統所使用的線上聊天平台 IRC 和 Telegram 特性為單一介面，並融入駭客貓主題新增線上機器人提升使用者體驗。
- 煉蠱：這是一個 2020 好評延續的大會活動，根據駭客精神和技巧所設計的比賽，利用知識和想像力打敗對手成為最強蠱王吧，煉蠱 2.0 等你來挑戰！

Work from home, hack into home
Due to the pandemic of COVID-19, the lifestyle of humans had been changed fundamentally. Work From Home has become the required option. Our daily life has been furthered to the virtual world. Accompanied by humans taking more time to stay at home, the IoT home devices and services have become more important. Those devices and services will also bring more vulnerability and risk to cybersecurity.
We are also starting to prepare various activities and make sure HITCON 2021 can get close to the human lifestyle and deepen the link with the world. We believe only the HITCON can exceed HITCON. The HITCON 2021 will not only be a cybersecurity conference but also be a conference which can bridge the people and the world.

- From the viewpoint of enterprise, Work From Home and cloud services will enhance the complexity of border defense. The old style of central defense had become useless in post-pandemic. Therefore, a new style of decentral defense had been born for defending the cybersecurity of enterprise.
- Extending to society, the smart devices further the trends of smart society, society 5.0, Cyber-physical system (CPS). At the same time, we also need to face some brand new cybersecurity threats. To support those new technologies, cybersecurity has become a very important part. All the countries around the world have taken lots of effort to protect the data and acquire control of the internet to face cyberwarfare.
