Work from home, hack into home

COVID-19 的爆發，改變了人們的生活習慣，讓 Working From Home 成為一種必要的選項，而我們的日常生活也被進一步推向虛擬世界。隨著在家生活的時間增加，也顯現出家用智慧裝置、服務的重要性，這些裝置及服務皆會帶來新的資安漏洞與隱私風險，是以往資安概念無法觸及的。

從企業及組織的觀點來看，Working From Home 與雲端服務的盛行，擴大了企業複雜的防禦邊界。完全集中防禦的方式，已不適用於後疫情時代的環境。新的攻擊模式應運而生，值得駭客們專研，因此許多現有的防禦方式需要重新建構，以適應分散式的網路邊界。

再往社會層級考量，智慧裝置推動了智慧社會、Society 5.0、虛實整合系統 (CPS) 等趨勢，同時也面對新的資安問題。為支援這些發展，資安的問題是相當重要的一環。為保護自己國家的資料安全，各國都致力於加強資料與網路的控制權與在地化，以面對國際間的網路衝突。

以上陳述的一切，皆說明了駭客在未來社會中是不可或缺的一種角色，因此我們需要更多駭客一同合作、探索，挖掘更多的漏洞，推進資安的發展！

Work from home, hack into home

Due to the pandemic of COVID-19, the lifestyle of humans had been changed fundamentally. Work From Home has become the required option. Our daily life has been furthered to the virtual world. Accompanied by humans take more time to stay at home, the IoT home devices and services have become more important. Those devices and services will also bring more vulnerability and risk to cybersecurity.

From the viewpoint of enterprise, Work From Home and cloud services will enhance the complexity of border defense. The old style of central defense had become useless in post-pandemic. Therefore, a new style of decentral defense had been born for defending the cybersecurity of enterprise.

Extending to society, the smart devices further the trends of smart society, society 5.0, Cyber-physical system (CPS). At the same time, we also need to face some brand new cybersecurity threats.  To support those new technologies, cybersecurity has become a very important part.  All the countries around the world have taken lots of effort to protect the data and acquire control of the internet to face cyberwarfare.

Based on those descriptions, it represents that hackers have become a very important role in modern society. That's why we are calling hackers to cooperate, discover, and dig more vulnerability to secure the world.

Any topic related cybersecurity is welcome, the talk should be approximately 50 minutes included Q&A
