【HITCON 2018 CMT Ticket Information】Details ANNOUNCED


Dear friends, first stage registration of HITCON Community 2018 will open on May 5 20:00!


Following are details about this event and ticket information.

  • HITCON Community (CMT):
    • Time: 2018/July/27 (Fri.) ~ 2018/July/28 (Sat.)
    • Location: Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, Hall 1, 5F (台北市南港展覽館 1 館)

  • Registration stage:
    • First stage: 2018 / May / 5 20:00 ~ 2018 / June / 2 12:00
    • Second stage: 2018 / June / 16 20:00 ~ 2018 / July / 7 12:00 

  • Ticket information:
    • VIP Pass
      • General: 10,000 TWD
      • This ticket includes HITCON CMT 2018 VIP room pass, VIP party invitation, electronic board limited edition, the detail specification will be announced in recent days
      • Full exemption for outstanding students: rules for application and details will be released soon
    • Premium Pass
      • General: 5,000 TWD
      • Student: 3,000 TWD
      • This ticket includes HITCON CMT 2018 electronic board limited edition, the detail specification will be announced in recent days
    • Attendee
      • General: 3,500 TWD
      • Student: 1,500 TWD

  • Notice:
    1. HITCON Community does not provide on-venue ticket sale. There are also no guarantees for a seat.
    2. Valid full-time students must qualify one for either condition:
      • Under 24 years old AND holding any "Student ID card with photo" (Include graduate school). Register stamps of last two semesters are required.
      • Born after September 1st, 1993, AND holding any state-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license etc).
    3. Student ticket holder without qualified documents must pay the full-ticket difference.
    4. The title of invoice will be “ Association of Hackers in Taiwan (社團法人台灣駭客協會)”
    5. For the attendee need invoice with GUI number, the invoice will be sent by registered mail. Please fill with the address can receive registered mail. We will only accept Taiwanese address. For the attendee don’t have Taiwanese address, please pick up the invoice on the conference day.
    6. Each registration will only provide one invoice. If need multiple invoices, please register separately.
    7. Please note when purchasing the ticket on KKTIX. The invoice will be sent before 7/20. If attendee need receive the invoice before 7/20, please note when registration. If attendee need modify address or GUI number, please update before 7/12.
      • If attendee need modify the information on the invoice after receiving, please send the invoice back to the association. Please make sure the information of the invoice.
